A KOREAN PLOT
AGAINST U.S. CONGRESSMEN. (Received 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 22. The Tokyo correspondent of the New York "Times" states that dispatches from Korea report the discovery of a plot against United States Congressmen who are visiting the Far East. It is said that the plot was nrranged in order to create ill-feeling between Japan and the United States. Xumerou.. Koreans have been arrested.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
