Meftinj; of the Council to be held on TIIUIK-'DAY. the 2nd day of September, 1920, at 7 p.m., in the Council Chamber, Queen Street, viz.:— " That pursuant to the authority conferred in Sections 1« and ■»(( of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013, the Auckland City -Council doth hereby, by Special Resolution intended, to operate as a Special Order, resolve to raise a Loan of Ten Thousand Pounds Sterling at an annual interest of not more than five pounds five shillings per centum, haviug a currency of thirty-sis years, and subject to a Sinking Fund of One Pound per eeutuui per annum, for the purpose of paying off the whole of the Drainage Extension Loan of Tea Thousand Pounds Sterling raised by the Parnell Borough Couucil iv the year 181W, and which matures on the thirtieth day of which no sinking fund was provided, the security for snch loau to be the revenues or the city of Auckland, subject to existing loans already ' secured thereon."
