FRANKTON CBITICISM. OF EXECUTIVE'S MEASURES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) .HAMILTON, this day. At a special meeting of the South Auckland branch of the Railway Officers' Institute hejd at Prankton last evening; it was decided, "That this branch will make every endeavour to collect the levy, i but is of opinion that a full detailed statement of expenditure should be iurnished by the executive. The branch considers the amount involved in delegation! expenses is excessive. j A further resolution carried was, 1 "That this branch has no confidence in ', the present manner of election of the executive, and considers that the time has arrived wtien the whole of the officers of the institute should fee elected by the vote of the members." 1 The branch also passed the following, "That the executive should nave Insisted upon special rates of pay between 10 p.m. and 0 a.m.; 42 hours to constitute: a week's work at country stations; and| also that the executive should have in-! sisted upon a general betterment of conditions."
