THE PENROSE FATALITY.
RE-TRIAL OF PERCY DARE. CHARGE OF WILFUL DAMAGE. The Penrose motor car fatality in January la_ct was recaiied at tha Supreme Court to-day when Alfred Th-os. Percy Victor Dare (Mr Inder) was tried, for a second time on a charge of having wilfully damaged a Ford motor car to the value of £o, and with destroying or damaging a {bicycle. The Hon. J. A. Tole, Crown Pr-eecu-to., said the damage was o_oa_io_ujd to tha bicycle at the time when Mr. A. J. Horton received fatal dnjurie- as a result of the impact between the motor and the cycle which he wa_ riding. The case is proceeding.
