SIPECIAL ORDER. ■ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a SpeHal Meeting of -the Devonport Borough Council, held on Wednesday, the eleventh day of August. 1020, tbe following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation nt the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to he held on WEDNESDAY, the EIGHTH DAY of SEPTEMBER. 1920, at 8 p.m., at tbe Council Chambers, Marine Square, Devonport:— RESOLUTION. Whereas the sum of £17,500, raised by tbe Devonport Borough Council on tihe Ist day of August, 18-0, for drainage purpose**, became due and payable on or about the 1-t day of August, 1020, and whereas no sinking fund having been provided in re.pect of th.c said loan, the sum of £17.500 Li required to pay off the said loan, now therefore the Devonport Borongh Councill, hi exercise of the powcre vested ln lt fri rtiat behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, hereby resolves by way of Special Order: First to borrow the said sum of £17,500 at nn annual rate of Interest not exceeding Five Pounds Ten Shillings per centum, together with a Sinking j Fund of One Pound per centum per annum. !
