This morning his Honor Mr. Justice Cooper heard two divorce ea.3 5? that were connected by the fact that the hu.rl>and of the one petitioner had fallen in love with the wife of the other. John Allan had married his wife, Rosi Sarita Allan, in 1011, and they had two children. After she had told him she loved i-nother, he petitioned for « ii;vorre. "The other' was John WiUinifl Stock, who after nearly fifte.n years o"" married life had also told his -wife, Mabel Louisa Stock, that another woman had captured his heart. So the wife based her petition on the same set of facts as in the previous case. Air. R. G. Sellar was counsel for both petitioners in this double-barrelled action, and in each ca-se, after evidence was given to prove intimacy, his Honor grajited a decree nisi, to lw' moved absolute after three months.
