JONES SHIPPING LAW.
NO MODIFICATION INTENDED. TACOMA, August 12. Senator Jones addressed a meeting of shipping men who protested against the Jones Shipping Act. He said the law would not be modified in any way unless its actual operation resulted in positive and tangible injury to Americaa trade. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
