Scotland, M.L.C., who has been in Kngland for the last seven years, is returning to j New Zealand, accompanied by his wife and two children. During the war, Mr. Scotland was engaged by the Aeronautical Inspection Directorate of I Shefh'e'd. and was loaned to the Steel Research Committee of the British En- I gineering Standards Association. j
