ACTIONS FOR POSSESSION.

Practically the rooming was occupied at the Magistrate's Court to-day with actions taken to recover possession of tenements. In two instances orders for possession on 'fixed dates were consented to by the tenants. Mrs. Nornh Lewis (Mr. Kirker) sought to recover from Mrs. Ella Reese (Mr. Horrocks) Counsel for the tenant said-his client had eight children, four under 14 years of age. The defendant said: "T don't know where on earth 1 can get another place if I have to g"et out of this one, when I have eight children living at home."
