LONDON, May 24.
Be India Office announces that on the Ppper Euphrates a provisional agreement has been reached -with the Arab government regarding the frontier between Mesopotamia and Syria, identical with those before the war. Our troops have withdrawn from Albukamal without serious difficulty. Raids on our convoys continue.—(Beuter.)
