Mr. Henri Verbrugghen, conductor of the New South Wales orchestra, ha> decided to decline several offers which: were made to him from overseas on the cinclusoon of his first term of engage* ment. He will remain in Sydney, Government considering the terms of ibis engagement. —(A. and M. Cable.),
