May 10. ] The Senate adopted the Kepublican ; resolution to end the state of war with i Germany by 43 votes to 38. .Aβ tho House uf Representatives has also adopted a j similar resolution, both will <;o to a conference with the two chambers before a final derision is announced. It is believed to be c-.-rtain that Mr. Wilson J will veto the resolutions.—(A. ac<l X.Z.) .
