The ".People's Co-operative Stores Organisation have now completed- thefr preliminary arrangements as previously advertised'for at art ing" their co-opera-tive stores in Auckland, and their campaign goes into operation from totday. Commencing.from the D. Reid Stores in Wellesley Street, KhyberPass, and Quay Street, the promoters plane are to open branches throughout all suburbs and to supply all classes of food commodities on the co-operative principle of refunding the* profits of the bnsinem as boring dividends on purchases. The promoters are fully confident that their campaign here will 'be as great a 'success a* similar concerns' in -England, Canada, CS-A.. etc., where- co-operative trading ia already providing savings to cwtotners of from three shilling* to four shillibga in the pound. .
