The Berlin correepondent of ,the United Frees Association states that the Germane will not withdraw from the Spa Conference, ac it was suggested they would, because of the alleged attacks on German girle by black troops of the French army, of occupation in the Frankfort district.
The German newspapers are furious. They allege that many girle were spirited away and ravished, and that the houses of - prostitution were filled with girls under tire age of Iβ years, who are maintained for the troops.—(A. and S.Z.) The French Government emphatically denied the German allegations last week,
