Thodey (accountant of tihe Auckland branch) Jm-s \:been appointed manager of the Invercargill branch. Mr. A. S. Browne has been transferred from Invercaxgill .to Wanganui. Mr. ty- I* Ward) from 'Watoganui to Wellington (vice Mr. A. W. Butt, who is retiring on pension), and Mr. A. H. Mvles from Bathurst (N.S.W.) to Dunedin.
