DAMAGE AT KIRIPAKA.
COAL MINE FLOODED.. (By Telegraph.—Orn Correspondent.! KIIUPAKA. this day. Unusual beavy rain fell on Friday and Saturday. The Kiripaka mine is Hooded and slips block the main adits. The tramway and bridges were washed away. Work will probably be suspended __"■ some time. A house belonging to Mr. .1. Alison, was badly damaged by a slip 300 yards in extent. There are heavy slips on all roads, and metalled roads have been much damaged.
