DAIRY FARMERS' MEETING.
(By Telegraph.—Own Corresipondent.) TE AWAMUTU, this day. A representative meeting of dairy farmers held at Firongia last evening, resolved to urge on Mr. Massey the necessity of an open market far New Zealand produce, also to urge the Farmers' Union to reconstruct on an industrial union basis. It was stated that at the present time the farmer loses l*d a pound on the butetrfat- lie produces. There seems-a likelihood of a dairymen's fision being formed.
