NORTH SHORE CLUB. The North failure Rowing Club held their trials for Mr. Harvey's trophies on Saturday aiternoon, iv Urst-ratc weather, and consistently good racing was sceu. Two heats were roeved off, Hut ledge winning the Hist by a lensUi Irom Harvey's crew, and Baxter beating Barrett's crew by three lengths.' In the final, both crews got oil well, and raced evenly for about lour hundred yaiels, Rutledge giailually moving forward, and winning by two aud a hall lengths. The winning crew was:—R. Rutledge, C. Ryan s crew won fairly easily from Culpan in the fifth round, and a lauDe-h put Cole out ol action iv the fiift'l heat. On a re-row Bright won by two leugths. Lovett's boys did well lv the first eeml final, while Ryan got away in the second and a thoroughly good race was won b. Ryan (W.E.j, Reed (W.E.). Campbell (A.) and Lediard (A.) This team, opposed b. Bright and Lovett, got well away, aud wot by two lengths, while Lovett, a furthei length away, was third.
