REPORTED FROM RIO. (Received 12.35 p.m.) ROME, February 15. A Rio de Janeiro telegram reports the cure of patients in a leper asylum by the j application of a tincture extracted from | a poisonous Brazilian plant, resulting in | the removal of every trace of the malady. j (A and N.Z. Cable.)
