I (Rcccive*d 10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, February 15. , The '-Handelsblad'' states that the i police arrested or expelled a number of 1 •Tier-mans, Russians, and others attend- i ing a secret Bolshevik conference, at i which there were British and American i representatives, it is reported that Miss 'Sylvia Pankhurst attended. Tt is alleged that the Russian Soviet Government is ' financing the conference by means of pearls, diamonds, and other jewels worth twenty million of roubles, in order to i support world wide revolutionary-strikes.
