MOB RULE IN KENTUCKY.
ATTEMPT TO LYNCH NEGRO. FOUR LIVES LOST. (Received 1.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 9. .At Lexington, Kentucky, a mob seeking to lynch a negro murderer sacked the courthouse, looted the shops and fought soldiers. Four were killed. The negro, who is under sentence of death, was secreted in another city.
