The Committee of the Senate making an investigation into the disturbances on the Mexican frontier was informed that a plot was. hatched in Mexico, with exPresident Carranza's knowledge, for the separation of six American States and the joining of them to Mexico. Texan attorneys a:f\ others disclosed evidence concerning the raids to kill Americans and burn bridges, and it is believed that German money was involved.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
