TTJLL TIME AT CHELSEA. ALT, REASONABLE DEMANDS CAN BE SUPPLIED. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day.

The threatened sugar shortage will be avoided. The Government has been officially informed by the Colonial Sugar Company that the refinery at Chelsea, Auckland, is working at its full capacity, and will continue throughout the summer, so that the company will be able to supply all reasonable local demands. Brown sugar is also available if required.
