ADMINISTRATOR OF SAMOA.
COLON'KI. TATE APPOINTED. (Hy Telegraph. — Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Tt was announced by the Defence Minister to-day that Colonel Robert Ward Tate had been offered and luul accepted the position of Civil Administrator of Samoa, lie went to Samoa early this year to relieve Colonel Logan as ActingMilitary Administrator.-
