PARIS, September 17. Several British and French newspapers challenge the authenticity of the report that the Supreme Council has settled its attitude towards Russia. The "Echo de Fans-" says that the report is premature, no decision having been reached Tne American delegation flatly denies that the question was even mentioned at the council's meetings, and other delegations declare that they know nothing oi the decision.—(United Service )
