£5,000,000 WORTH UNOPENED. LONDON, September 17. The Helsingfors correspondent of the "Daily Express" states that a Bolshevik commission is classifying the late Czar's property. At the Winter Palace at Tsarskoye Selo hundreds of cases were discovered which had been dispatched from Rome to the Empress Catherine 11. and had never been opened. They contain thousands of paintings and sculptures of French and Italian masters, including Tiepolo, Houdon, Fragonard, Lancret, and Latour.
