BIG APPLE CROP.
EXPORT FACILITIES WANTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) XELSOK, this clay. A meeting of the Stoke Fruitgrowers' Association discussed the export trade, and a resolution 'was adopted declaring that, in view of indications of a particularly heavy crop of apples in the coming season, it is essential that ample provision be made for export to South American and Home markets, on the lines of the Industries Committee recommendation, failure in this direction meaning serious loss to orchardists, who for four years have laboured under the disadvantage of no export.
