SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PLAN.
(Received 11.45 a.m.) ADELAIDE, this day. In the House of Assembly Mr. H. N. Barwell (Minister of Industry) introduced the Industrial Code Bill, which repeals all existing legislation, and institutes wide amendments and alterations. It provides for the appointment of a Board of Industry which shall periodically declare, what is a living wage.—(A. ,and N.Z. Cable.)
