DISABLED SOLDIERS.
APFEAI, FROSI TEE SING. (Received 2.45 p.m.) LOXDOX, September 13. A Royal proclamation urges employers to pledge themselves to employ disabled soldiers to a minimum proportion of 5 per cent of their total workmen. Those carrying out the pledge will be inscribed on the Kingr's national roll, entitling them to use the official device for the seal of honour. It is estimated that a hundred thousand disabled uen are still unemployed.— (A. and ~SJZ. Cable.)
