Holman, State Premier, outlined the Government's policy, which includes tbe introduction of tiie Whitley Council's system. The prim iple of co-partner-ship in large concerns is to be established. In regard to the liquor question, the Government will take a referendum on the question of prohibition with compensation, the result to be determined by a bare majority. A commission will previously determine the amount of com-! pensclion. Six o'clock closing will continue in the meantime.
