Patefson. presided, following the I disposal of routine business, motions of lan important nature relative to tho Dominion grading scheme were discussed, and adopted as under: — Resolution I.—That in view of tlie I legal decision of the judge in the recent ! appeal case of Mr. .latTrey, the Auckland j IHeadinasters' Association is of the I opinion that the Dominion grading ! scheme is not indicative oi the relative merits of teachers.
