(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 10.50 a-m.) WAR CRIMINALS. LONDON, August 8 (delayed). It is reported from Berlin that the Entente Powers are claiming the surrender of those charged with violating: international law, commencing with the German general Kruska. General Kruska was commander of a prison camp at Kasser. He is accused of responsibility for an epidemic of typhus, which resulted in the deaths of 3,100 French soldiers.—. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
