A WARNING TO JAPS. NEW YORK, August 10. A dispatch from Peking states that the Japanese residents have been warned to remain indoors at night. The warnin-r is due to the ill-feeling that has boon aroused among the Chinese over the Kuang Chenhu incident.— (A. ajid N.Z.)
