BURGLARS AT WORK.
OFFICE SAFE removed. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Two men forced an entrance to the office of the Gas Company's works at j Waltham and removed a small safe to an aujoining yard, where they were detected •by t—e works manager, who communicated with the police, but apparently the men became alarmed, and decamped before the police arrived.
