TRYING THE KAISER.
AFTER PEACE RATIFICATION. (Received 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, August 7. In tile House of Commons Mr. Bonar Law stated that the Allies had not altered their decision that the Kaiser's trial would be held in London, but no action . would be taken until the treaty is fully ratified. —(A. and N.Z.)
