Rimutaka and Whakatane, en route to London from Wellington, arrived at Panama on August 3. The former sailed on July 10, and the Whakatane on July 5. The Ruapehu Is expected to complete loading in time to sa.l on Thursday for Wellington, where she finishes and sails for London on August 21. She will lift frozeu meat, wool and dairy produce at this port. WESTERN COMET BERTHS. The Lnckenbach steamer Western Comet arrived from Lyttelton this mornIng and berthed at the Central wharf. She is to complete loading here for Boston and New York and sails about Tuesday next. ULIMAROA FROM EGYPT. The Huddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa arrived from Egypt this morning and anchored in the stream to tranship the Anekland portion of her draft. Subsequently she proceeded to Wellington. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels should be within wireless range to-day of Auckland:— Niagara, Otira. Ulimaroa. E. R. Stirling, Arahura, Opawa. Of Wellington: Mararoa. Maori, Suffolk, Prinzessin, Tahiti, Walmana, Mokoia. FROM NEW YORK. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line ' advised yesteraay that the Port Alma has i been substituted on the New York loading I berths for the Port Elliutt. The Port-Alma will load for Auckland, Wellington, and Australian ports this month. WAB SOLDIER IN STREAM. The War Soldier, from Egypt, arrived in the stream shortly after noon to-day. She is bringlns a cargo of basic phosphate for Auckland "and Wellington from -Safaga, on the Red Sea. She i≤ to berth at the Queen's wharf. THE SCHOONER GISBORNE. The Minister of Marine has granted permission for the schooner Gisborne to be transferred to the Cie Navale De L'Oceanlc Company, of Papeete. The vessel has been purcnased by that company for the interiiland trade, and is now being overhauled at Auckland preparatory to sailing for Papeete. The Gisborne's name will now appear on the French register of shipping, auu will be deleted from the New Zealand register. FLORA, WITH FRUIT. The Union Company's Island steamer Flora arrived last night from Tahiti and Karotonga, about 12 hours before her expected time. she brought a full shipment i,f frmt and Island produce, the former totalling about 14,000 cases, and comprising oruuzes, banan£e. and tomatoes. sihe berthed at the King's wharf for discharge this morning, and ie timed to sail again on Tuesday. Fair weather was experienced on the trip, though torrential rain at Raiatea delayed loading operations. ARAHURA TO-MORROW. The Arahura has been delayed at Gisborne, and is not expected to reach this port until to-morrow night.
