ELECTRICAL SUPPLY.
£150,000 LOAX IN CHRISTCHURCH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. The ratepayers to-day gave the City Council authority to raise a loan of £150,000 in connection with the further distribution and supply of electricity. Under 2500 ratepayers voted out of 12,000 on the roll. The voting was as follows: For the proposal, 2247: against, 185. ■
