TRIBUTE TO THE DEAD.
LONDON, July 31 (delayed). The Government has decided that Sir Edwin Lutyen's cenotaph to the glorious lead, which was part of the peace deviations, Bhaß be re-erected at Whitehall in marble as a permanent memorial. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
