DISGUISED GERMAN SHIPS.
FRENCH DETERMINATION PARIS, August 1. In the Chamber of Deputies it was pointed out that the Germans had disguised a number of merchant ships as Dutch for service in South America. M. Clemenceau replied that Germany had pledged them to France under the treaty, and would not be allowed to divert them. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
