RUMANIAN PROGRESS.
HUNGARIANS AGAIN BEATEN. 8000 PRISONERS TAKEN. LONDON, July 31. The Hungarian attack on the Rumanians has failed disastrously. The Rumanians are pursuing the enemy acrose the River Theiss, and have takea 8000 prisoners and much booty, j A later telegram from Vienna states that the Rumanians again defeated the Hungarians, and crossed the River Misza, near Tiszafured. Three Hungarian regiments laid down their arms, refusing to fight the Rumanians.— (Reuter.)
