CLAIM FOR COMMISSION.
AND COUNTER-CLAIM. A claim for £48 15/ was made at thd Magistrate's Court before Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., by Norden and Co., land agents, as assignees from Bray Bros., land agents, i against H. P. Mortenson, Mount Eden, Auckland. The amount was made up of £28 commission, said to be due on the sale of a property, and £20 in respect of a loan arranged on defendant's behalfA counter-claim was made by the defendant for £72 3/6, half the commission on the sale of the property, which he alleged plaintiffs had agreed to pay him. Mr Paterson appeared for plaintiff and Mr E. Inder' for defendant. The case is proceeding.
