GERMANY AND POLAND.
NEGOTIATIONS SUGGESTED. LONDON, July 11. A message from Berlin states that the Government sent a Note to M. C'lemenceau suggesting immediate negotiations with the Polish Government. The hostilities had led to great disorders, which would be accentuated by the sudden recall of Prussian officials.—■ (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
