FALL -WHILE TESTING MACHINE (Received 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, July 11. Lieutenant Xavarre, the famous French airman, whose record of 'planes brought down was second only to that of Lieutenant Fonck, was killed while testing a new machine to-day.—(A. and X.Z.)
