SOUTH AUSTRALIAN POLICY.
* ADELAIDE, this day. At the opening of Parliament the Governor, in outlining the polif, said that no new taxation would be imposed. Bills would be introduced providing for the better control, importation, manufacture, and sale of intoxicants, and to enable juries in murder cases where there were extenuating circumstances, to find degrees of murder.— (A. and N.Z.)
