LONDON, July-10. Thp T"mler-Spcrptary of Stato for Foreign AfTairs, Mr Cecil Harmswortli, announced in the House of Commone to-day that Franco had refused to enter into diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The continuance of Britain had nol been decided upon. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
