The thirteenth annual meeting of the Epsom r.owline Club was held in the clubhouse last night, the president (Mr A. J. McGownnl occupying the chair, them being a representative number of members present. The committee had to exercise strict economy nil through the season, and had only been able to do what they could with the crcen and pavilion from contributions made by several members, either in |lal.our or c.nsli. The club was fairly well represented In all centre securing a win, they made a good showinn, nnd the honour of (he club wns worthily upheld by the members participating in same. DEYOXrORT BOWLING CLUB. | The annual meeting of the above club. ' which was adjourned from Monday, :!Otli lilt., was concluded last Monday. About 33 members wore present. The chairman, in suitable speeches, presented trophies won by the following bowlers:—Messrs Hollows (championship sincles), Henderson (handicap singles), K. A. Anderson and Henderson (club pairs).
