This plantation comprises tainins about 50 acres each, and will be leased in one lot of about 100 acres, or two lots oi' about DO acres each. On the western portion of 50 acres there are 13 acres of bearing cocoanuts, and on the eastern portion of 50 acres there are —7 acres of cocoanuts (14 acres bearing and 13 acres of three-year-old tree*). The Government will grant 21 lease for 50 years, with a right of renewal and other clauses contained in the form approved of iby the Constitution of Tonga. The successful tenderer must pay the fees for the registration of the lease and survey of the lands (no survey fees on Lot 1). Rent is payable in advance. Tenders close on the 30th day of September, at Noon, and should be sent to the Minister of Lands, Nukualofa, Tonga, .marked "Tender" on the outside of the ! envelope- Successful tenderer must com plete within 28 days after notice of the acceptance of his tender has been sent to him.
