THE AUCKLAND SITTIXfi. The adjourned sitting of the Xative Appellate Board was held yesterday, and will continue until some 10 eases, appeals and applications from the Europeanising of lands have I>een dealt with. The sitting should occupy from seven to ten days." Judges M. Gifedder and T7. Eawson are presiding. The appeal heard yesterday ooncerneu a block of land in the Te Aroha district, "which was originally bought by tlie Crown, hut portions of which were returned to the natives.
