MARITIME STRIKE.
NO CHANGE IW POSITION. MEN HOPE FOB SETTLEMENT. SYDNEY, July 1. The position in connection with the shipping strike has not changed. Both sides are marking time, pending the interview of representatives of the seamen with the Acting-Prime Minister (Mr W. A. Watt) in Melbourne.
