HAMILTON'S PROGRESS.
BANK AND INSURANCE PURCHASES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. The National Bank of New Zealand has acquired a valuable section at the corner of Bryce and Victoria Streets, and the State Fire Insurance Department has purchased a section adjacent to the main office, now occupied by Mr. •J. Baillie, chemist, upon which it is intended to erect a block of buildings, estimated to cost several thousands of wounds.
